The Global Health Security Agenda Consortium (GHSAC) is a voluntary and open collective of nongovernmental entities who are dedicated to promote values of collaboration, excellence, innovation, and commitment in implementing the Global Health Security Agenda and promoting the adherence of the International Health Regulations (IHRs) and the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) Performance of Veterinary Services (PVS) Pathways, the Alliance for Country Assessments for Global Health Security and IHR Implementation, and the Biological Weapons Convention and United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540.

The GHSAC is led by a Steering Committee that elects its chair and officers to time limited terms.  The current chair is Ashley Arabasadi, of Management Sciences for Health.
